Guided by a passion for wood-fired cooking and creating meaningful events, I offer immersive outdoor dining experiences that connect people to the seasons and their surroundings. A little black book of magical, remote locations; a field kitchen that travels and leaves no trace. My values lie in the unforgettable experiences and the long-standing memories they leave.
Featuring wild and local ingredients, often harvested within meters of the table, the cook is often only a small part in the story of each supper. Wherever the location, I strive to honour the seasons and surroundings to create a memorable moment in time
